Clean and Green

The clean and green project is an initiative aimed at taking abandoned public spaces in the city and greening them. The first project we undertook was at the Tardeo Police Station. Over the course of a few weekends our volunteers helped clean up the front yard of the station that previously held a decade-old garbage dump. We then replaced it with a garden. This garden has had many small bird and butterfly visitors since its creation.
